SHE IS BEAUTIFUL

She is beautiful

Awesomely dutiful
Such beauty can turn me into a heart robber

Saw such beauty as a kid, in a ‘baby rubber’
Beauty exudes from your head to your feet

I’ve never seen any other; you’re not a counterfeit
What day of the week were you made?

You’re spotless; do you ever rub pomade?
God bless the day you were born

Ladies are jealously filled with scorn
You’ve been humble and never grown wild

You’re cool with a demeanour that’s mild

You’ve got eyes like an innocent child

You’re kind with a gentle mind
I love you and wish you’re mine

I’ve loved you even from behind

You dispel evil like the spikes of a porcupine

People say it is; but to me, love is not blind
Her name is Ahu-enye-aku

I wish this was slightly a haiku

She is natural without the mascara

I sing her name because it’s a mantra
She is MY MOTHER and SHE IS BEAUTIFUL
